Ingredients

1 cup water
-
¾ cup dark brown sugar
-
½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup apple cider vinegar
-
4 Granny Smith apples or preferred tart apple (peeled, cored and cubed)

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
-
2 tablespoons IrieVeda West Indies Curry
-
Fresh rind of 2 oranges
-
1 pound fresh cranberries
-
½ cup raisins
-
1 cup fresh orange juice
-
½ tsp salt
Directions
Boil water in medium saucepan. Add brown sugar and water sugar, stir to dissolve.
Add apple cider vinegar, cubed apples, IrieVeda West Indies Curry and orange rind. Stir to combine and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in cranberries, raisins, orange juice and salt. Cover and continue to boil for 10-15 minutes or until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
Enjoy hot or cold.
