At IrieVeda, our journey began with a mother’s love, a deep respect for traditional healing, and the pursuit of safe, nourishing food for every table. Founder Tashelle, an Ayurvedic Health Teacher and dedicated allergy mom, created IrieVeda out of necessity—to bridge the gap between flavorful, health-supportive cooking and the growing need for allergen-friendly options.
For too long, individuals with food sensitivities, digestive concerns, or dietary restrictions have been forced to sacrifice flavor, cultural authenticity, and nutritional value. IrieVeda exists to change that.
